- A talented chef (i.e., strong leadership)
- Trusted cookbook (in-depth research and polling)
- Commitment to the recipe (unyielding focus)
- Fuel forthe fire (money)
- Plenty of preparatin time (an early start)
- Taste test (community support for the campaign plan)
