Winning recipe for political activism

The Human Rights Campaign recommends the following as key ingredients to successful political activism:

  • A talented chef (i.e., strong leadership)
  • Trusted cookbook (in-depth research and polling)
  • Commitment to the recipe (unyielding focus)
  • Fuel forthe fire (money)
  • Plenty of preparatin time (an early start)
  • Taste test (community support for the campaign plan)
